Securing Web Services with WSE2.0 and ISA2004
I am creating an application that will have some web services that will point to the internet, not just internally, and i wanted to find out about security. I know i could just get an SSL cert and secure it that way, but the problem there is that SSL certs are more money then i want to spend of this project. So, which searching i found this article in the November 2004 issue of the MSDN magazine . it talks about using WSE2.0 and ISA2004 to secure your web services. the data i will be transfering is not that important as such (its not bank details or credit card numbers) but it is important to me (passwords and blog posts just so you know). Interesting read and it could be handy for someone. I know its handy for me! :)
