Re: Anyone know of any MS.NET SOA 'Text Book' Reference Applications ?

Hi Mark,
I was involved in the early stages of the Microsoft's
Enterprise Development Reference Architecture
(formerly Shadowfax) which is availlable on GotDotNet.
This project provides a good reference architecture for Service Orientation, but does not (last time I looked) support any of the WS-* specs nor has is it been build on top of WSE 2.0. The project comprises a re-usable framework and a sample application called "Model Bank". All source is provided.
For something a little more WS-* you could wait for Proseware which is a soon to be release Microsoft reference application build by
Clemens Vasters
's company. There's a description of the project and the talk Clemens gave on it at TechEd Europe
here.
Another project worthy of mention is
FABRIQ
, also on GotDotNet.
