The Outlook Answer Book
is (to quote Brian himself)
"aimed at users of Microsoft Outlook 2003 but is not written in the normal tutorial style that most end user books are written in. The aim of the book is to help both novices and expert users of Outlook and we felt that the best way to accomplish this was via a FAQ style book."
