Hey Guys,

Anybody know how to contact Hotmail regards emails from a domain incorectly being marked as spam. We have done some work integrating with e-merchants such as Amazon, eBay etc and we have to send out large valums on emails to customers who buy particular items through those merchants but Hotmail mark all the emails as spam and it's generating massive amounts of support issues.

Any ideas how to contact Hotmail and get them to not markthe valid, non spam emails as spam?

I had experience with this before.  At match.com my apps were sending out 4,000,000 matchfinder emails a week.  In my experience, its pretty hopeless unless you can pull some strings on the business side of things.  Going through 'tech support' which is non-existant for hotmail, you won't get anywhere.  I had a number of problems that didn't go away until people at 'veep' level interevened.

They also maintain a whitelist, which you may need to get on.
