Beta2 product activation error

I tried to activate VC# 2005 Express Edition Beta 2 (several times), just after downloading it. But it just said

"We are unable to send your e-mail verification mail. An unknown error occurred while processing your request. This is most likely due to a connection failure. Please try again."

Is anybody facing the same problem?

Well, what ever it is...perhaps got to test this version before it expires :)
